Sue has completed a Masters in Applied Psychology and is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. As a mature aged psychologist, in her 50s, Sue has broad life experience and understands the pressures of raising children, maintaining family relationships and juggling work, study, health and her passion of travel. She currently works part-time at a university as well at this practice.

Sue believes in helping clients to; increase self awareness, identify and clarify areas of discomfort and stress, accept emotions, and to explore past experience and related beliefs and values. She seeks to encourage clients to identify how they want life to be different, to recognize their existing strengths and to develop the personal and interpersonal skills to overcome barriers and to choose a pathway forward that enhances self esteem, expression and connection with others.

Sue aims to assist clients achieve a sense of balance between their personal needs and aspirations, beliefs and values, family relationships, caring responsibilities, and connection with supportive relationships and the broader community. In the past Sue has assisted a broad range of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, the pressures of parenting, sole-parenting, relationship difficulties, conflict management, grief and loss, career direction, work life balance, coping with change and life stage transition.
